KERUN® KR1129 is a Molten Salt Quenchant with low melting point, which is composed of the high purity of the nitrate and nitrite. To ensure the stability of cooling performance and long service life of the quenchant, we control the impurity that carbonate, sulphate and chloride etc. strictly, and use a special processing method. It is not easy to aging, deterioration, and has long service life.
Product Features:
1,Not easy to form lumps due to moisture absorption.
2,No steam film cooling stage, greatly reducing the quenching deformation.
3,By controlling the moisture, the cooling performance can be adjusted, the uniform surface hardness can be obtained, and the quenching soft spot can be avoided.
4,In comparison with quenching in quenching oil, the effective hardening layer is more deeper.
5,Not easy to aging and deteriorate, and long service life.
