Product Description

KERUN^® KR-EDM25 EDM oil is known for its highest discharge intensity, clarity, and almost odorless nature. Its color changes very slowly during the corrosion process, and its purity nearly reaches the level of pharmaceutical white oil. The discharge products must meet the specific requirements of each type of processing, whether in rough cutting or in fine machining.

Scope of application
KERUN® KR-EDM25 EDM oil is particularly suitable for EDM processing that requires excellent surface finish. It is also recommended for rough machining and complex contour machining. Additionally, it can be used for rolling aluminum materials, light machining of cast iron, and cleaning processes.

Shelf life

Products that have passed the factory inspection shall be used within one year; if they are not used within the time limit, they shall be used after being re-qualified.
 

Packaging and storage

1. Packed in square drum, 208L iron drum or 20L plastic drum.
2. Storage temperature should be between 5~40°C, stored indoors.

Notice
Due to individual operator sensitivities, skin irritation may occur. Avoid direct contact with the product on broken skin. If contact occurs, wash with soap and apply a skin cream.
