KERUN®KR-C05T tool grinding oil is formulated with imported high-quality synthetic base oil and new lubricant additives. It has excellent lubrication, oxidation resistance, and air release performance. It is used for grinding and processing of hard alloys, high-speed steel, and other tools.
Product Features
1.Excellent lubrication and cooling properties, improving the processing quality of the tools and reducing grinding wheel wear..
2.The oil has strong oxidation stability, is not easily aged, and significantly extends the service life. It doesn't contain sulfur, phosphorus other harmful chemical elements in order to prevente the cobalt precipitation in the tools.
3.Good anti-foaming and air release properties, high cooling efficiency, preventing micro-cracks inside the tools.
4.Good permeability and filtration properties, able to timely and efficiently remove grinding debris. The oil does not contain aromatics, has a mild odor, and low oil mist.
