Brief introduction
For parts with high requirements for surface brightness and hardness uniformity, using KERUN® KR535 tempering oil instead of conventional air furnace tempering can achieve better results.
Characteristics
1.Short distillation range, low saturated vapor pressure, strong resistance to vaporization, less volatile, easy to evacuate.
2.Good brightness, easy to clean, low oil consumption.
3.Good thermal oxidation stability, long service life.

The product shall be used within 2 years after the production date, in case of expiry it shall be tested again.
1.Packaged in standard 208L iron drums, with a net weight of 170kg per drum; can also be packaged in turnover square drums, with a net weight of 825kg per drum.
2.It is recommended to store in indoor or light-shielded areas when using turnover square drums. Exposure to light may darken the color of the oil, which is a normal phenomenon.
3.If stored outdoors, please place the packaging drums flat to prevent moisture, dust, and other impurities from entering.
4.Immediately tighten the lid after use to maintain a seal.
5.Keep the packaging drums clean and the labels clear.
6.There may be a slight sediment at the bottom of the container, which does not affect normal use.
