Product Introduction:
KR-COP600MT mobile centrifugal oil purifier is composed of centrifuge, basket filter, oil delivery system, and auxiliary disassemble and cleaning device. It is powered by cycloid gear pump with pressure. The untreated quenching oil is filtered by basket filter roughly and then filtered by the centrifuge, and then it is collected to the auxiliary oil tank by gravity. When the tank oil is filled to a certain level, it will be delivered back to the quenching bath automatically by signal controlled pump. The purifier can be one-person operated or moved as required.
Product Features:
1.Dual Pump
With the dual pump, the purifier is not subject to the oil bath and liquid level and can be used in quenching bath of various equipments such as multi-purpose furnace, push rod furnace, press quenching equipment and mesh belt furnace without any temporary support. It is one-person operated, therefore you can move and filter at any time.
2.Electronic control design
The equipment is automated designed, and all the components are famous brands in China, with the functions of oil temperature monitoring, pressure detection, motor temperature monitoring and self flow bath level monitoring. The start and stop of the pump is controlled by the liquid level sensor. There is an upper limit overflow alarm and an upper and lower pressure limit alarm, the motor is overload protected, therefore the equipment runs reliably and can run 24 hours. When there is equipment failure, it can stop itself and give the alarm .
3.Auxiliary disassembling device
The KR-COP600MT purifier is equipped with auxiliary disassembling device which includes oil collecting tray, base support and wrench, so that all the cleaning work can be completed with singly one wrench and avoid the pollution to the ground during disassembling . Meanwhile the residual quenching oil can be recycled after collected by the tray.
4.Primary rough filter
In the KR-COP600MT purifier,there is a basket filter,the oversized particles will first be filtered by the basket filter and after that the centrifuge filter the fine impurities, which greatly improves the filter efficiency and the oil cleanliness as well as protects the oil pump and centrifuge, therefore extends the service life of the machine.
5.Customized design
Optional SIEMENS PLC+ touch screen control mode.
The highest working temperature is ≤150ºC with upgraded temperature resistant oil pump.
