Product Introduction:
During many years of service in bearing industry, Kerun made deep studies in the two major problems of the heat treatment of bearing, the deformation and the brightness. On this basis, the KR048G bearing quenching oil is developed, which is suitable for the quenching of the inner and outer race of the bearing, effectively reduce the change of the ovality during the cooling of the bearing race and keep the good surface brightness.
Product Features:
1.Short vapor film stage, fast cooling at high temperature, and relatively slow cooling at low temperature, which entitle the bearing race with high and uniform surface hardness and enough hardening depth as well as control the deformation of the race.
2.Good thermal oxidation stability which keeps long-term stable cooling characteristics and long service life.
3.Good brightness, low oil consumption and low cost of use.
